This is an advanced brightfield, darkfield and polarizing metallurgical microscopy system with 1080p WiFi digital camera. The microscope comes with a quintuple nosepiece, five infinity Plan objectives and a powerful 100W reflected Kohler illumination system, providing brightfield, darkfield and polarizing features. It offers nine metallurgical magnification settings (50X, 100X, 125X, 200X, 250X, 500X, 1000X, 1250X & 2500X). The 1080p camera can be connected to an HDMI monitor or TV for live 1080p video at a super-smooth 60fps. As an alternative solution, connect to the camera over WiFi for remote software control, with 25fps streaming. The included Windows software offers image-development and measurement tools, as well as advanced compositing features such as image-stitching and extended-depth-of-focus. With the ability to calibrate scales at multiple magnifications, the software can be used for multi-level inspection. For Mac and Linux, there is a lite version of the software which can capture video and still images, and includes limited processing features. This microscopy system is perfect for metallurgical labs and foundries for silicon wafer inspection, integrated circuit examination, quality control and R&D applications. It is an ideal instrument for metallurgical, mineral and crystal identification.
